Newstead Abbey Victorian Trip
What a fantastic day we've had at Newstead Abbey today. We've been transported back in time to the Victorian Estate. As children of the Estate, we have been looked after by the staff of Mr and Mrs Webb's household.
Activities included: Parlour Games in the Great Hall with Mr Webb himself; a visit to the children's school and nursery; scent bag making in the Victorian kitchen using herbs and spices and a Victorian show and pantomime, courtesy of a magic lantern. Please see all of the photos below...
